The Tufts Graduate Studies Application

The Graduate Studies on-line application can be used to apply to any of the graduate or certificate programs except studio art (MFA). To apply using our on-line application, go to Embark.com.

Studio art applicants should go to www.smfa.edu and download the MFA application materials. Studio art applicants should make their check payable to the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and send their forms and credentials directly to the Museum School.

If you are currently enrolled as a Tufts undergraduate or are a Tufts certificate student applying to a master's or doctoral program:

You are not required to pay the application fee.
You need only submit two letters of recommendation.
You may not be required to submit GRE scores; see the application requirements for individual programs (.pdf) for specifics.
